Current CCA Strategies
Community anti-drug coalitions work to create population level change by implementing environmental strategies. Working together using the Strategic Prevention Framework, the CCA coalitions are implementing the following strategies in the Northeast and Southeast Regions of Florida. Know the Law teaches the laws surrounding alcohol and other drugs and is for teens and parents.

Responsible Vendor Training
The RVT class works to teach employees, managers, and owners of establishments that sell alcohol how to keep it out of the hands of minors and not sell alcohol to obviously intoxicated persons.

Friday Night Done Right- No Alcohol. No Dope.
Social Norming Campaign
The FNDR campaign focuses on things teens would prefer to do on a Friday Night rather than drink or do drugs.

Parents that Host, Lose the Most Campaign
A public awareness program educating communities and parents about the health and safety risks of serving alcohol at teen parties.

No One’s House
No one’s house is an evidenced-based parent-to-parent social norming campaign that works to reduce the number of parents in a community who are providing teens with alcohol and/or allowing teens to drink in their homes.
Compliance Checks
Compliance checks are being conducted by law enforcement throughout the region, where underage youth attempt to purchase alcohol from retailers. For information on compliance checks, contact Kathleen Roberts at [email protected]
